Shipping costs outside Italy vary depending on the destination and the type of delivery chosen (Standard or Express).

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the products within 30 days of the delivery date. The products must be returned intact, unused, and in their original packaging. To start the return/exchange, contact our customer service, which will provide you with all the instructions to complete the procedure.

Returns are free only in Italy and with reimbursement of expenses in European Union countries. If the return is from a country outside the EU, the return costs are borne by the customer. Exchanges are free only in Italy.

The loafers from the Bortignani Heritage line are the heart of our expertise: tubular construction, select leathers, and entirely artisanal manufacturing.
As manufacturers, we can do a little more: create them on request, with variations in color, materials, or details, according to your tastes.
Production takes about 10 working days, and a surcharge is applied based on the request.
